Studio Policies

At Haumbody Sanctuary, we’re committed to cultivating a space that balances levity with depth - a sanctuary where you can feel safe, supported, and seen. Your cooperation with our studio policies helps us maintain a welcoming, respectful environment where everyone can confidently pursue their wellness journey.

We ask that everyone who walks through our doors agrees to the following policies as part of co-creating this special community.

Late Arrival Policy

Class starts on time, so arriving 5 minutes early is essential, since that's what it takes to set up your mat and props. Teachers may offer a 1-2 minute grace period at their discretion, but entry after class starts is never guaranteed.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, everyone on the waitlist is notified at the same time, and the first person to respond gets the spot.

If you're added to class and cancel within the 4-hour window (or no-show), standard fees apply. If you can’t attend, remove yourself from the waitlist before that window closes.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Late Cancellation: you must cancel classes at least 4 hours in advance. Failure to cancel in time will result in losing your class credit(s). However, every member gets ONE pass a month to cover the occasional late change of plans, no questions asked.

  • No-Show Policy: A $15 fee will be charged for no-shows + loss of class credit(s) without prior cancellation. Fees may be waived in the case of a verified emergency (e.g. hospitalization or car accident that prevented cancellation or attendance)

These policies help us honor the energy of our teachers and create space for others on the waitlist.

We understand that emergencies, illness, or injuries happen. Please reach out by phone or email if you need an exception - we’re here to support you.

Personal Items

Please don’t leave valuables in your car - Haumbody Sanctuary is not responsible for lost or stolen property or vehicle damage.

Inside the studio (The Portal), we have a designated space to store your items during class.

Unclaimed items will be held in our Lost & Found for 2 weeks before being donated or disposed.

Important:

  • All class cancellations must go through the Momence App or Website.

  • All account and membership questions must be sent via email. We do not manage these requests via social media.

FAQs

DO I NEED TO BRING A MAT?

Yes, but if you forget, we’ve got you. We loan mats to members, and non-members may rent for $3.00.


DO YOU HAVE WATER ON SITE?

Yes, however we recommend you bring a filled water bottle when you come for classes. We will have still & infused water for all our patrons in the lounge. 


WHO ARE YOUR CLASSES FOR?

Anyone 18+ looking to move, grow, and connect in a supportive wellness community.
If you’re under 18, bring a guardian or someone 18+ to join you.
We offer diverse formats to help you build strength, flexibility, and vitality for life.


CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I’M PREGNANT?

Yes! Our instructors will offer supportive options and modifications.
Please consult your healthcare provider to ensure there are no contraindications.


WHAT IF I’M INJURED OR SICK?

If you’re injured, ensure you’ve been cleared by a doctor to resume movement. Our instructors offer modifications, but cannot give medical advice.
If you’re sick, please stay home. It’s an act of care for yourself and our community.


HOW DO I BOOK & MANAGE CLASSES?

Use the Momence App or our website for everything.

On the website:

  • Login to your Momence account > click the logo to the business you're a member or patron of.

  • Next, at the top of the page choose the “Class Schedule” tab.

  • Then select the class that you want to book and hit the button “Book Now” to take you to the confirmation page

  • Hit the button “Book Bow” to confirm spot

In the app:

  • Login to your Momence account > click the logo to the business you're a member or patron of.

  • Next, at the top of the page choose the “Classes” tab.

  • Then select the class that you want to book and hit the button “Book Now” to take you to the confirmation page

  • Hit the button “Book Bow” to confirm spot


WHAT IS YOUR MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION POLICY?

Members may terminate this agreement under the following circumstances:

  • Haumbody Sanctuary reserves the right to terminate membership at will. 

    • Haumbody Sanctuary reserves the right to cancel or suspend your membership privileges for any time for any reason. If such cancellation or suspension is due to a violation of Studio policies, violations of terms or due to damages rendered by yourself or your guest, you are subject to full responsibility of the terms of this agreement along with a $50 fee and any charges for repairs to damages made.

  • Early Termination by member for no valid reason: Members may cancel early by paying an early termination fee of $250 (for recovering the discount offered for being in a 12-month commitment, plus admin. fee to process early termination). 

  • Relocation: Termination without penalty is permitted if the member moves more than 25 miles from Haumbody Sanctuary. Proof of relocation must be provided.

  • Disability: A member may cancel with medical documentation showing that they are physically unable to use the services for a period exceeding 3 months.

  • Military Service: Membership may be paused or terminated if the member is deployed or reassigned due to military duty. Written notice and documentation required.

  • Death: Membership is canceled upon death of the member, and no further payments will be required.

  • Under NRS 598.960, members have a 3 day grace period to request a full refund after signing their member contract.


    CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD?

Yes. You can freeze your membership:

  • Freeze 1x for 30-days or 2x’s for 2-weeks each

  • Limit: 2 freezes per 12 months (only applies to 12-month membership)

DO YOU HAVE AN INTRO OFFER?

Yes! $79 for 8 class credits over 2 weeks ($9.87 a class). This offer is only for local Nevada residents. One-time use only. 

If you’re visiting from out of state, we have a Traveler’s Pack for $96, which includes 4 class credits ($24 a class) and can be shared with a partner or friend you are traveling with.
