Inside the studio, we have a designated space to store your items during class. Keeping the floor clear ensures a safer, more mindful environment.
Unclaimed items will be held in our Lost & Found for 2 months before being donated.
Studio Policies
At Haumbody Sanctuary, we’re committed to cultivating a space that balances levity with depth - a sanctuary where you can feel safe, supported, and seen. Your cooperation with our studio policies helps us maintain a welcoming, respectful environment where everyone can confidently pursue their wellness journey.
We ask that everyone who walks through our doors agrees to the following policies as part of co-creating this special community.

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins to secure your spot, settle in, and participate fully in grounding and warm-up.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class starts, you will not be allowed to enter the movement space and your reservation will be marked as a no-show.
We get it - life happens. That’s why we offer a 5-minute grace period. However, arriving late disrupts the flow for your instructor and fellow haumbodies, and skips essential elements of our classes.
Waitlist Policy
If you're on the waitlist, it’s your responsibility to check your email or texts for updates.
Our system automatically adds members as spots open.
If you're added to class and cancel within the 6-hour window (or no-show), standard fees apply. If you can’t attend, remove yourself from the waitlist before that window closes.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require a 6-hour cancellation window for all classes.
Cancellations must be made through the Haumbody Sanctuary Momence App or our website.
Cancellations within 6 hours of class will result in a $15 late cancel fee.
No-shows will also incur a $15 charge and result in the loss of a class from your membership or class pack.
These policies help us honor the energy of our teachers and create space for others on the waitlist.
We understand that emergencies, illness, or injuries happen. Please reach out by phone or email if you need an exception - we’re here to support you.

FAQs
DO I NEED TO BRING A MAT?
Yes, but if you forget, we’ve got you. We loan mats to members, and non-members may rent for a small fee.
DO YOU HAVE WATER ON SITE?
Yes, however we recommend you bring a filled water bottle when you come for classes. We will have botanical or fruit infused water for all our patrons in the lounge.
WHO ARE YOUR CLASSES FOR?
Anyone 18+ looking to move, grow, and connect in a supportive wellness community.
If you’re under 18, bring a guardian or someone 18+ to join you.
We offer diverse formats to help you build strength, flexibility, and vitality for life.
CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I’M PREGNANT?
Yes! Our instructors will offer supportive options and modifications.
Please consult your healthcare provider to ensure there are no contraindications.
WHAT IF I’M INJURED OR SICK?
If you’re injured, ensure you’ve been cleared by a doctor to resume movement. Our instructors offer modifications, but cannot give medical advice.
If you’re sick, please stay home. It’s an act of care for yourself and our community.
HOW DO I BOOK & MANAGE CLASSES?
Use the Momence App or our website for everything.
On the website:
Login to your Momence account > click the logo to the business you're a member or patron of.
Next, at the top of the page choose the “Class Schedule” tab.
Then select the class that you want to book and hit the button “Book Now” to take you to the confirmation page

WHAT IS YOUR MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancel through our website:
Login to your Momence account
Click Memberships > My Memberships > locate the Subscription & click Cancel. (You'll be required to provide feedback in a pop up before cancelling. You may see a minimum number of words required to submit).
Note: If you're not seeing an option to cancel, you may be on a subscription that requires a minimum number of billing cycles before a cancellation can occur. The best course of action is to reach out to your host for them to assist you.
You must cancel 30 days before your next auto-draft. If not, you will be charged for the next billing cycle.
Founding membership rates are not guaranteed upon rejoining after cancellation.

Please note that early cancellations, unless due to relocation, medical reasons, or military deployment, will incur additional fees as outlined in the membership agreement.
CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD?
Yes. You can pause your membership:
Pause only 30 days
Limit: 1 pause per 12 months (only applies to 12-month membership)
Email your request at least 14 days before your next billing date to: support@haumbodysanctuary.com
If you cancel while paused, your 30-day cancellation window begins once the pause ends.
DO YOU AN INTRO OFFER?
Yes! $79 for unlimited classes over 2 weeks, which also includes one beverage from our lounge up to $15. This offer is only for local Nevada residents. One-time use only.
If you’re visiting from out of state, we have a Traveler’s Pack for $99, which includes 4 classes and one drink in our lounge, up to $15.
